1. Where does LIPS CARPENTER ship to?

LIPS CARPENTER ships globally. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, the shipping fee will auto-populate accordingly.

2. How much is the shipping fee?

For Singapore:
Standard shipping is $5.80

Express shipping is $15

Free shipping for orders above $89

For other international locations, the shipping fee will appear at checkout based on your location.

3. How long does shipping take?

We use Aramex/Teleport for Singapore delivery. Products ship from Kuala Lumpur, typically take:

• 3–4 working days for Singapore
• 7–14 working days for International shipping

We process orders Monday to Friday.
