1. Where does LIPS CARPENTER ship to?

LIPS CARPENTER ships globally. Once you enter your delivery address at checkout, the shipping fee will auto-populate accordingly.

2. How much is the shipping fee?

For Singapore, shipping fee is SGD6.90 for orders below SGD99. Shipping is free above SGD99.

For other international locations, the shipping fee will appear at checkout based on your location.

3. How long does shipping take?

We use Aramex for Singapore delivery. Products ship from Kuala Lumpur, typically take:

• 3–4 working days for Singapore
• 7–14 working days for International shipping

We process orders Monday to Friday.

4. Can I pick up my order?

We do not currently offer pick up service in Singapore. We’ll notify you via email once your order is ready. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at hello@lipscarpenter.com.
